Ratanakiri (FN), July 23 - The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology announced Monday afternoon that Se San River, northeast Cambodia, has risen to warning height.

"By 2 pm on Monday, the Se San River in Ratanakiri province continues to rise to an altitude of 8 meters. It is a warning level and the water has now flowed into some of the lowlands along the river”, the ministry wrote on its Facebook.

Ratanakiri Governor Thorng Savon also called on people living along the river to be more cautious and instructed authorities at all levels to pay attention and be prepared to rescue people.
