Phnom Penh (FN), Sept. 3 - As of August 2018, Cambodia has more than 19 million mobile SIM users, and more than 12 million internet users, according to a report by the Telecommunication Regulator of Cambodia on Monday.

Approximately 12 million people have access to 3G / 4G-LTE accounting for 75.27% of the total 16 million population.
