Phnom Penh (FN), Feb 7 – Cambodian People’s Party (CPP)’s spokesman Sok Eysan encouraged victims of the voice recording leaks through Facebook to request an investigation from the authority in charge.

The statement was made after the voice recordings on Facebook were leaked under the account name “Seyha” and were then made public.

“To find out the truth, the owner of the voice or video footage shall officially request for investigation from the court,” said Sok Eysan.

“The recorder will face a lawsuit and that will end any political tendencies or attack on one another,” he added.

Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP)’s Leader Sam Rainsy is believed to have seduced a waitress in a European restaurant, alleges the Facebook account name “Seyha”. Likewise, there were also leaks of flirty conversations of CNRP lawmakers Yem Ponharith, Riel Khemarin, and Long Ry.
