Phnom Penh (FN), Feb 16 - The prosecutor of Phnom Penh Municipal Court has rejected Kem Sok, a well known political analyst's request to postpone his scheduled appearance in court, which is scheduled for Feb. 17th.
The Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, is suing Kem Sok in relation to two defamation cases.
This case relates back to a statement he made during a live radio station on Feb. 13 in which he said, "This refers to the system … a system under this government to murder people in which the murderer is never to be found including Kem Ley and other activists ….”
