Phnom Penh (FN), Jul. 24 – The provisional invalid ballots in the 7th general election were over 440,000, comparing to 590,000 invalid ballots in the 6th general election in 2018, according to the report seen by Fresh News on Monday (Jul 24).
As of 6:25 pm on Sunday (Jul 23), the preliminary result of voter turnout in the 2023 Cambodia general election has reached 84.58%.
According to the preliminary results, the CPP occupied a majority of 120 out of 125 National Assembly seats, while FUNCINPEC occupied a total of five seat, one in Phnom Penh, Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, Kandal, and Prey Veng.
