PHNOM PENH (FN), Jan. 10 — Prime Minister Hun Sen today strongly warned government ministry officials to refrain from allowing spouses or family members to meddle in the ministry affairs, a party official said.
A senior CPP official who attended the two-day conference said that the Prime Minister used strong words and direct warning against those ministers whose spouses, children and sibling tend to meddle in the ministries’ affairs and that those people had to step back. “Samdech Techo mentioned that there remain only two more ministries that need to address the problems,” said the official.
The official, however, did not reveal the names of those two ministries.
