PHNOM PENH (FN), Jan. 25 — A young woman suspected of humiliating Prime Minister Hun Sen through her Facebook was released later on Jan. 25 after explaining to the police that her account had been used by somebody, police said.
National Police General Directorate’s spokesperson, Sarann Kamsoth, told the press that “when questioning, she said she was also a victim of her account being stolen, and so, we decide to send her back home pending further investigation.”
The young woman was arrested by the Internal Security Police of the Ministry of Interior at around 8:30am of Jan.25 at Steung Meanchey district, Phnom Penh, for questioning. Police said that they were also chasing after four or five other suspects.
