MONDULKIRI, Cambodia (FN), Jan. 27 — One man was killed and another one critically injured early on Jan.27 when a deep mine collapsed in Mondulkiri province, around 400km to the north of Phnom Penh, local police said.

Chief of Keoseyma district police, Sun Bunthoeurn, said the accident took place at Chong Plors Commune and that the injured had been rushed to hospital. However, neither the identity of the dead nor the injured was provided.
