BEIJING, July 18 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 7.7 on the Richter scale jolted 199 km ESE of Nikol'skoye, Russia on Monday, said the U.S. Geological Survey.
The epicenter, with a depth of 11.7 km, was initially determined to be at 54.4656 degrees north latitude and 168.8218 degrees east longitude.
