Phnom Penh (FN), July 19 - Kem Sokha, President of the CNRP, called for the opposition leaders and the people to stop defaming, blaming, threatening, inciting and causing violence in Cambodia.
Sok Eysan, CPP spokesman, welcomed Kem Sokha’s call and urged him to make it real.
“In the past, H.E Kem Sokha has repeatedly called for it, but the action does not match with the message," said the spokesman.
On Tuesday, Kem Sokha spoke through a video post on his Facebook page.
“I would like to appeal to all the people and leaders of the CNRP to respect the principles of the CNRP," said Kem Sokha
"Do not make fellow Khmers our enemies, do not insult each other, do not hurt, do not defame and do not threaten the population. We compete with politics," he added.
