Preah Sihanouk (FN), July 22 - The General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Nguen Phu Trong, returned to Vietnam today with his delegation.

His departure marked the end of a three-day visit to Cambodia, which began on July 20.

During his time in the Kingdom, he paid separate courtesy calls to Say Chhum, President of the Senate, and Heng Samrin, President of the National Assembly.

He also spoke with Prime Minister Hun Sen.

After the meeting, the premier and Nguen Phu Trong attended a signing ceremony of five agreements.

During his three days in Cambodia, the General Secretary also presided over the inauguration ceremony of the Vietnam-Cambodia Friendship Memorial in Preah Sihanouk province with Samdech Say Chhum.
