PHNOM PENH (FN), Feb. 24 — The Swine Flu patient admitted to Cambodia-Russia Friendship Hospital in Phnom Penh is confirmed dead this morning of Feb.24, around 4:00 A.M after many days of treatment.

The corpse has been sent to his hometown in Takeo Province, 70 km south of Phnom Penh, said the dead’s aunt Prum Oun.

The Swine Flu deceased is identified as Khun No, working for Cambodian Television Networks, CTN and MyTV, as a cameraman. He has been an orphan since he was a child. He is survived by his wife and a soon-to-be-born child.

Khun No was found with H1N1 on Feb. 20. He was diagnosed in Cambodia-Russia Friendship Hospital had been placed under careful watch since then by medical experts as well as WHO officials.
