Phnom Penh (FN), Dec. 30 - President of the Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA) Kim Heang warned on Wednesday that buying real estate in Cambodia in 2018 is a good time, but people must not borrow money or withdraw capital from a daily business to buy the property.

Those who have money shortage should not buy a house or land in the upcoming 2018, as it cannot be sold immediately. He recommended that the land should be for sales in 2020, as the profit will double or at least gain 50%, Kim Heang wrote on his Facebook page.
