Phnom Penh (FN), Jan. 22 - Prime Hun Sen will lead a delegation to visit India and attend the ASEAN-India Summit and the 69th Republic Day Celebration to be held from January 25-27, 2018. in New Delhi, India, according to the Ministery of Foreign Affairs (MoFA)’s press release on Monday.

MoFA said that besides attending the special ASEAN-India Summit, PM Hun Sen will have a talk with Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith of Lao and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc of Vietnam.

PM Hun Sen will hold separate courtesy visits with Indian President Shri Ram Nath Kovind, Shri M. Vekaiah Naidu, Indian Vice President, and will also be welcomed by Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj.

Prime Minister will also deliver keynote speeches at the India-Cambodia Business Forum.

PM Hun Sen noted that in the period of two weeks of January, he has met with leaders of two countries with a population of 2 Billion, namely China and India.

This is an indication of good diplomatic relations between Cambodia and these countries of great economy in Asia.
