(Phnom Penh): Cambodia registered 33 investment projects worth approximately USD 525 million in July 2026, according to a Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC).

The approved projects will create approximately 17,000 jobs. Of the total, 23 projects registered by the CDC accounted for USD 494 million in capital and will create around 9,000 jobs. The Capital-Provincial Investment Sub-Committees (CPISC) registered the other 10 projects, which totalled USD 31 million and will generate about 8,000 jobs.

During the first seven months of 2026, Cambodia continued to attract quality investment, with rising capital flowing into infrastructure and tourism, while the industrial sector remained a leading area for investment.
