(Sydney): Cambodian Defence Minister Tea Seiha visited HMAS Kuttabul Naval Base in Sydney on Monday (Sep. 7) as part of his official visit to Australia aimed at strengthening bilateral defence and military cooperation.

During the visit, Tea Seiha and his high-level delegation were welcomed by Rear Admiral Bradley Smith, Head of Maritime Sustainment of the Royal Australian Navy.

The naval base visit forms part of Tea Seiha’s official trip to Australia from 6-10 September, undertaken at the invitation of Australian Defence Minister Richard Marles.

During this crucial visit, the Cambodian defence minister is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with the minister for Defence of Australia, as well as with other defence officials.

This official visit by Minister Tea Seiha will reaffirm the historic and friendly relations between the two nations, highlighting a steady increase in bilateral military cooperation in particular.
