(Phnom Penh): On 4 September 2026, the Cambodia-Singapore Cooperation Centre (CSCC) held the closing ceremony for its three-week Intermediate English Language and Communication Skills course for Cambodian government officials.

The course strengthened participants' confidence and ability to communicate clearly and effectively, with practical training in professional writing, oral communication and presentations. These skills will support officials in their professional work and engagements with regional and international counterparts.

Pann Khemsophearoth, Deputy Director at the Ministry of Civil Service, said the course strengthened her practical communication skills, particularly in delivering messages concisely and with greater clarity and purpose.

Dara Sreysros, an official from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, shared that the course significantly improved her confidence in speaking and expressing ideas clearly, both in her professional work and daily interactions.

Through programmes such as this, CSCC continues to support Singapore-Cambodia cooperation in capacity building, equipping Cambodian officials with practical skills for their work.
