Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 27 - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MoFA) has strongly condemned the burning of the effigy of Prime Minister Hun Sen by Cambodian people living in Australia and has been working with the Australian embassy to stop these immoral activities.

"The Ministry has been facilitating diplomatically with Australia to ensure respect for the honor and dignity of the Cambodian leadership, especially during the visit of Prime Minister Hun Sen to ASEAN-Australia Special Meeting in Sydney in March, at the official invitation of the Australian Prime Minister,” stated MoFA’s spokesperson on Tuesday.
