Beijing (FN), June 1 - On behalf of Cambodian Information Ministry, Lim Chea Vutha, Founder and CEO of Fresh News (FN) news agency participated in a major media international conference "The First Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Media Summit" with Media representatives from other 17 other countries.

The SCO Media Summit, held in Beijing, China, gathered delegates of media outlets from 18 countries to engage in an in-depth exchanges of views on jointly strengthening media exchanges and cooperation within the SCO framework.

The 18 countries are India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Belarus, Iran and Mongolia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Cambodia, Nepal, Turkey and Sri Lanka.

Lim Cheavuth thanked the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia for inviting and assisting Fresh News to attend this summit.

He added that Chinese key leaders in media sector shared useful experience among each other.

On May 31, the CEO visited China's largest television station, CCTV, China Global Television Network and China's world's famous media headquarter, Xinhua News Agency, welcomed by Liu Siyang, Vice President of Xinhua News Agency.
