Phnom Penh (FN), June 4 - Yang Saing Koma, senior official of Grassroots Democratic Party (GDP), reacted to former opposition party Sam Rainsy's calling his party as a puppet party.

Koma also told Rainsy that to vote is better choice that to boycott.

"When someone attacks your party by accusing your party as a puppet, how do you feel? We understand and respect your freedom of speech, and we also want to express our opinion," Koma wrote on Facebook on Sunday.

"Voting is better than boycotting,” he added.

Recently, GDP Secretary-General Sam Inn, who used to support Sam Rainsy in 2013, has continuously attacked this former leader of the opposition party as he considered Rainsy's urge “not to vote” as self-centered rather than promoting democracy in Cambodia.
