Singapore (FN), June 7 - Deputy Chief of Joint Staff and Deputy Commander of Army of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces (RCAF) Lieutenant General Hun Manet paid a courtesy call on Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Thursday.

During this meeting, the Singaporean Prime Minister applauded Cambodia's stability and rapid development under the leadership of Prime Minister Hun Sen.

Lee hoped that Cambodia will further maintain stability.

Hun Manet thanked Singapore for always being Cambodia's good friend and trade partner.

Manet hoped that the two countries will strengthen cooperation and people-to-people tie.

Lieutenant General Hun Manet visited Singapore as the 64th Lee Kuan Yew Exchange Fellow (LKYEF) from 7 to 10 June 2018.

During his visit, Manet will pay a courtesy call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, Minister of Defense Dr Ng Eng Hen and other key dignitaries of the Republic of Singapore.

Established in 1991, the LKYEF invites outstanding individuals for highlevel visits to Singapore. The Fellows are chosen on the basis of their track records and extraordinary potential to contribute to the development of their nations and to bilateral relations with Singapore.
