US State Dept OKs potential $4.9 bln sale of aircraft to S. Korea, Pentagon says

WASHINGTON, Nov 4 (Reuters) - The U.S. State Department has approved the possible sale of Airborne Early Warning and Control Aircraft to South Korea for an estimated $4.92 billion, the Pentagon said on Monday.

The principal contractor will be Boeing Co, the Pentagon said.
