General Hafizuddeain briefed Samdech Thipadei on the positive outcomes of his meetings with leaders of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and expressed satisfaction with the strengthening friendship between Malaysia and Cambodia, particularly the robust cooperation between their armed forces.
He committed to further enhancing and expanding this cooperation through shared experiences, joint training exercises, and personnel exchanges between the two militaries. General Hafizuddeain also emphasised the Malaysian Armed Forces' interest in learning from Cambodia’s successful experiences in United Nations peacekeeping missions and mine clearance operations.
For his part, the premier expressed his pleasure with the growing military cooperation between the two countries and affirmed his belief that the outcomes of the meetings between military leaders would further enhance cooperation between the two nations.
