Phnom Penh (FN), March 18 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen announced Monday that the district governors should not attend the graduation ceremony with the Premier, addressing at the graduation ceremony of Institute of New Khmer Generation at National Institute of Education on Monday.

The premier added that the district governors should focus on addressing concerns for citizens under their responsibilities.

Prime Minister also informs his protocol team not to invite many people to accompany him. At the end of the day, the Strongman is the only one delivering speech.
