Phnom Penh (FN), June 12 – General Department of Immigration of Ministry of Interior, on Wednesday, arrested 28 Chinese for illegal settlement and working.

Head of the Department of Investigation Ouk Hai Seila confirmed that they are construction workers at the site in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district. 19 of them hold passport but do have working permits, while the other nine do not have passport.
