Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 20 – Cambodia reported 431 new cases of COVID19, while 31 patients recovered on Tuesday, according to the Ministry of Health's press release dated 20 April 2021 (updated as of 12:30 p.m).

Two newly infected patients are a 31-year-old Indonesian man returning from Indonesia through South Korea’s flight to Cambodia on 18 April 2021, and a 20-year-old Chinese woman returning from China to Cambodia on 6 April 2021.

The other 429 are patients involved in February 20 community event. They are Cambodian and Vietnamese nationals from Kampong Cham, Kampong Chnang, Kampong Thom, Kampot, Prey Veng, Takeo, Svay Rieng, Tbong Khmum, Kandal, Sihanoukville and Phnom Penh.

To date, Cambodia has confirmed 7444 cases of COVID19 with 2555 recoveries and 49 deaths.
