Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 5 – Two former employees of NagaWorld were arrested by the Phnom Penh police at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday for obstructing the implementation of health measures to prevent the spread of COVID19.

Phnom Penh Municipal Police spokesman San Sok Seiha told Fresh News  on Saturday.

The duo are identified as Chuob Channath and Seng Vannarith.

The arrests were made following the arrest warrants issued by deputy prosecutor of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court Seng Hieng.

Both are currently being held for questioning for further legal actions.

Article 11 of the law states that the offence of "preventing the implementation of measures" to prevent the spread of COVID19 is punishable by six months to three years imprisonment and a fine of between two and 10 million riel ($500 and $2,500).
