Phnom Penh (FN), Sep. 9 – The Royal Government of Cambodia encourages the recruitment of grass-root officials for various positions at the sub-national administration to ensure efficiency and in line with the principles of de-centralization and de-concentration policies.

The encouragement was made at the cabinet meeting chaired by Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen, held Friday at the Peace Palace, Phnom Penh.
