Siem Reap (FN), Sep. 13 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen called on microfinance institutions to offer low interest rate loans to residents who voluntarily relocated from the Angkor area to live in Run Ta Ek Natural Village, speaking during a meeting on Tuesday morning (Sep 13) in Siem Reap province.

“I would like to call on all microfinance owners to help offer low interest rate loans to citizens who are living in Run Ta Ek Natural Village,” the premier underlined.

Some households may need capital to run business, the premier added.

On this occasion, Samdech also affirmed that he has the rights to order the authorities to build roads, provide clean water supply, and build schools and hospitals.
