Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 7 – On 3 March 2023, Vattanac Bank and Karanak KOI Café Pte Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for strategic and digital collaboration that brings together Vattanac Bank’s expertise in finance and customer-centric service with KOI Thé’s exceptional quality and ability to satisfy customers. The signing ceremony was held in the world’s biggest KOI Thé flagship outlet, which is near Kampuchea Krom Blvd.
As part of this collaboration, Vattanac Bank’s dynamic KHQR was introduced into KOI Thé’s payment system, marking another milestone in their journey of innovation and customer satisfaction. KOI Thé customers are now able to pay the exact amount for their orders by scanning Vattanac Bank’s dynamic KHQR. This feature provides a new level of convenience to all customers at 37 KOI Thé outlets in Cambodia. For KOI membership card users, they are also able to top up their balance using the Vattanac Bank app.
