Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 17 – Cambodian king Norodom Sihamoni issued a royal decree to promote lieutenant general Hun Manet to the rank of general, according to the royal decree by Fresh News on Friday (Mar 17).

General Hun Manet is deputy commander of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and commander of the Cambodian army.
