Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 30 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen asked for understanding and pardon for his absence at the opening of the 9th session of the National Assembly of the 6th Legislature due to late informing of the National Assembly.

The premier spoke at the graduation of more than 6,000 students of National Institute of Business, held on Thursday (Mar. 30) at Diamond Island.

"I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to the National Assembly for not being present at the opening of the session. I hope the National Assembly would inform me earlier," the premier underscored.
