Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 20 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that whenever he sent a message to the working group, some ministers were responsive, while some took seven days to reply.

The premier spoke at an inauguration of the Maternity Building of the National Children Hospital, held on Thursday morning (Apr 20) at the hospital.

"Taking this occasion, I would like to highlight responsiveness of our officials. When I sent a message to the [working] group, I sometimes received a reply seven days later. However, I would like to also thank some ministers who replied quickly, namely Ek Sam Ol and Chhay Thorn. These two ministers replied quickly, though they had not yet read the text. Minister Khieu Kanharith sometimes took 15 days to reply,” the premier underscored.

At the same time, Samdech underlined that technology is rapidly evolving and we have to learn it for communication.
