Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 24 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen said that he loses his freedom due to safety reason as he is always surrounded by security forces, speaking on Monday morning (Apr 24) at an inauguration ceremony of new temple of Preah Barami Vong Borey Pagoda.

"Frankly speaking, I feel like I am a semi-prisoner. Nowadays, I have no freedom,” the premier underscored.

Samdech also recalled a time when he had a family trip to Kep, and at that time, the security forces were deployed from Kandal to Kep province.

On that occasion, the premier also highlighted his 44 years in power, which has broken world records for the youngest foreign minister, the youngest prime minister and the longest-serving prime minister.
