Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 25 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen unveiled that the analytical capacity of some Cambodian People's Party (CPP) officials is still limited, so he intended to give a lecture on three theories in order to analyze the actual situation effectively.

The premier spoke at a graduation ceremony at National Institute of Education on Tuesday morning (Apr 25).

"There are three theories that have not been taught, and I want to teach them [CPP officials] by myself, namely, materialism, philosophy of history, and leadership skills. I want to build the foundation for political scientists and policymakers who are interested in analysis," the premier underscored.

Samdech mentioned the three methods that he always uses in the analysis such as materialism, philosophy of history, and logic.

Samdech added politicians are like doctors who need to correctly diagnose a patient's condition in order to give an effective prescription. For politicians, if they fail to analyze the status quo, they will set the wrong measures.
