Phnom Penh (FN), May 17 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen asked for tolerance from Cambodian citizens and ASEAN friends at the closing ceremony of the 32nd SEA Games, held on Wednesday (May 17) at Morodok Techo National Stadium.

If any unintentional mistakes occurred during the 2023 SEA Games, Samdech will accept constructive feedback for future improvements, the premier underlined.

"I would like to ask for tolerance from Cambodian citizens as well as ASEAN friends for any unintentional mistakes. I would like to accept all constructive feedback for future improvements," the premier underscored.

On that occasion, Samdech thanked all athletes who participated in the SEA Games in Cambodia and thanked the government of ASEAN members for sending sports delegates to compete in the kingdom.

In the 32nd SEA Games, Cambodia received a tally of 282 medals, ranking fourth, of which 81 are gold medals, 74 are silver medals, and 127 are bronze medals.

The 32nd SEA Games in Cambodia took place from 5-17 May 2023.
