Phnom Penh (FN), May 26 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen urged parties concerned to quickly resolve conflicts between employees and employers at factories to secure employees' benefits.

The premier spoke on Friday morning (May 26) during his meeting with some 20,000 workers in the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone.

Samdech continued that all factories and enterprises must become a peaceful community, and both sides must uphold unity, mutual understanding, and tolerance based on laws and regulations.

Taking this occasion, Samdech further calls on factory owners to understand and care about the employees' well-being because it can affect productivity.
