Phnom Penh (FN), May 26 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen called on workers to jointly maintain peace and stability and urged employers and workers in factories to maintain harmony.

The premier spoke on Friday morning (May 26) during his meeting with some 20,000 workers at the Royal Group Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone.

Samdech continued that all factories and enterprises must become a peaceful community, and both sides must uphold unity, mutual understanding, and tolerance based on laws and regulations.

Taking this occasion, Samdech further calls on factory owners to care about the employees' well-being, for the workers’ good health leads to the company’s high productivity.
