Phnom Penh (FN), Jul. 23 – Chairman of the National Election Committee (NEC) Prach Chan confirmed that the 7th general election was held successfully in a calm, just, and non-violent manner.

Prach Chan spoke on Sunday evening (Jul 23) in a press conference on the general overview of the 7th general election.

As of 6:25 pm, the preliminary result of voter turnout in the 2023 Cambodia general election reached 84.58%.

Cambodia recognized 89,562 national observers from 134 Non-governmental Organisations and 604 international observers from 61 institutions.
