Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 16 – Cambodian foreign minister Prak Sokhonn extended congratulations to the departing Ambassador of the European Union (EU) to Cambodia, Carmen Moreno, for her exemplary efforts and success in her diplomatic tenure in the Kingdom. This sentiment was shared during her farewell call on 16 August 2023 at the Ministry.

"Prak Sokhonn reflected with gratitude on the EU's collaborative endeavors in assisting Cambodia's post-conflict recovery.
