Phnom Penh (FN), Aug. 29 – Cambodian prime minister Hun Manet said he does not own the phrase “throwing stone at the barking dog”. It is part of Winston Churchill’s quote, “you will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that barks.”
The premier spoke during his meeting with nearly 20,000 workers in Phnom Penh's Por Senchey district on Tuesday morning (Aug. 29).
"Every attack on me, I do not have to respond, yet I have to focus on walking towards my goal. My goal is to serve the citizens well so that the citizens continue to trust the Cambodian People's Party (CPP). Additionally, citizens will vote for the CPP to lead the nations in 2027-2028," Manet underscored.
