Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 13 – Prime Minister Hun Manet of Cambodia has urged banking and financial institutions to consider restructuring the loan system for individuals seeking to buy land and houses. This restructuring is proposed to be done voluntarily, aligning with the capabilities of each institution to support the real estate sector, which has been impacted by consecutive crises.

The premier spoke at the 19th Government-Private Sector Forum, held on Monday (Nov. 13) at the Peace Palace.
