Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 21 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet called on citizens nationwide to partake in the upcoming Water Festival. He announced that the festival will feature over 300 boats, along with 30 lanterns sponsored by various ministries and institutions.
The premier spoke on Tuesday morning (Nov. 21) during his 10th meeting with workers, held in Por Senchey district, Phnom Penh.
"In the next five days, we will be celebrating the Water Festival. This year, we have more than 300 boats, with 20 boats sponsored by Samdech Techo and another 20 sponsored by me,” the premier underscored.
It should be noted that the Water Festival is scheduled to take place from November 26 to 28, 2023.
