Phnom Penh (FN), Nov. 29 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet highlighted that the Royal Water Festival celebration was conducted smoothly and joyfully while preserving rich Khmer customs and culture, bringing smiles to Cambodian families and tourists from around the world.

“This success is possible because of the contribution of all relevant working groups, especially all kinds of forces who have dedicated their time and physical energy to ensure peace, safety, public order, and create all kinds of conditions to make the process of the Royal Festival the most solemn and happy,” the premier wrote on his Facebook page on Wednesday (Nov. 29).

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the Head of the Royal Government and himself, Samdech Thipadei acknowledged and thanked the working groups at all levels, as well as various forces, for responsibly fulfilling their roles in organizing the program and maintaining cleanliness, aesthetics, and hygiene.

Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet also extended appreciation to all the performance teams and artists who contributed to the public's enjoyment with their vibrant scenes and dances, adding a touch of freshness and fun to the festivities.
