Phnom Penh (FN), Feb. 22 – Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet acknowledged that doctors have done the work of angels to save lives, and urged them to continue the hard work for the betterment of humanity.

The premier spoke on Thursday (Feb. 22) during a winning ceremony for public service providers in education and health, held at Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Samdech Thipadei underscored, “While doctors may not be angels themselves, their work mirrors angelic efforts. Doctors play pivotal roles; they serve as the army supporting angels’ work, and my interest lies in the health, abilities, and knowledge of doctors.”

The premier continued, “To all doctors across the country, I encourage you to persist in this angelic work, contributing to the betterment of our nation and its people.”

On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet underscored that there is nothing more gratifying than witnessing our patients successfully healed and reunited with their families.

Premier Hun Manet urged all doctors, medical administrators, and healthcare staff to give their best efforts.
