Phnom Penh (FN), Mar. 8 – In an unprecedented move, Monita An, a distinguished young leader from Cambodia, has been appointed as a Youth Ambassador for Peace and will represent her nation at the upcoming informal consultations on the strengthening of the Economic and Social Council and the review of the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development. She is scheduled to attend these significant discussions during the Human Rights Council meeting at the United Nations in Geneva on March 28, 2024.
