Phnom Penh (FN), Apr. 5 – Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni departed Phnom Penh on Friday (Apr. 5) to Japan for a state visit.

According to the royal message, during the king’s absence, President of the Senate Samdech Techo Hun Sen will assume the title of the acting head of state.
