Phnom Penh (FN), Jun. 13 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet stated that the key to promoting the country's economic growth lies in developing and sustaining vibrant human resources.

The premier spoke on Thursday (Jun. 13) during a graduation ceremony for 540 students of Limkokwing University in Phnom Penh.

Samdech Thipadei underlined that human resources are essential for sustaining economic growth. He noted that economic growth can be stimulated and sustained as long as the country has vibrant human resources.

"Our country needs to evolve to be able to compete. If we stay stagnant, we will fall behind," the premier underscored.

On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei continued that developing human resources is crucial for Cambodia to compete with other countries in the context of globalisation. The end of the war and the focus on building human resources transformed Cambodia's workforce, which has been trained to enhance its capacity and drive economic growth, making Cambodia a country with high economic growth.

Samdech Thipadei added that the quality of education depends on educational institutions.
