Phnom Penh (FN), Jun. 13 – Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet underlined the need for capable, willing, and innovative individuals around him to drive the country's growth forward, speaking on Thursday (Jun. 13) during a graduation ceremony for 540 students of Limkokwing University in Phnom Penh.

Samdech Thipadei underscored, "I used to work with my superiors, and I have assistants with various abilities and willingness. Some are hesitant about new ideas, but others embrace them. When I assign tasks, I expect prompt decisions and actions. I focus on big ideas, not trivial matters."

Prime Minister Hun Manet added that he values creative individuals and the importance of overcoming fear to progress. He encouraged mutual support and collaboration among creative minds.

On the occasion, Samdech Thipadei also urged everyone to apply their knowledge in their work and generate new ideas to foster competitiveness. He called upon institutions to foster an environment conducive to innovation and collaborative development for societal benefit.

Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet also underlined the need for an active, dynamic human resource base, and that vitality requires both confidence and courage to foster our country's growth.
