Additionally, the Phnom Penh Capital Administration shall continue to inspect and resolve issues related to the drainage system, wells, and canals, while also ensuring preparedness to intervene in the event of rain floods and any potential contingency.

5. The Phnom Penh Capital Administration shall maintain its focus on implementing «the safe village-commune-district» policy, a key priority of the Royal Government to strengthen security and public order, such as crackdown on burglars, thieves, robbers and gangsters in schools and communities, etc., to ensure the safety of the residents and national-international tourists, which mean to continue taking action on a regular basis without exception.

6. The Phnom Penh Capital Administration shall focus on completely clearing the sidewalks in the city to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion, with the goal of decreasing travel expenses, promoting the use of bus services, and lessening the environmental impact in the city.
